THE W3 WIRELESS FORWARD MAPPING SOLUTION

The WASSP W3i solution is a complete package that consists of a remote vessel (e.g. Tender) mapping system with a wireless link to the mother ship. The mothership package includes and easy to install high performance long-range wireless kit and mapping software on the bridge.

With the W3i system the components such as the Transducer, Processor, GNSS Satellite Compass, Motion Sensor, Mapping Display and Wireless Kit can all be fixed mounted in the remote vessel for the best and highest speed mapping performance

On the mothership an easy to install wireless kit is used with an antenna and access point in the mast going to a mapping computer in the bridge with a minimum of required modification to the vessel, so no need to go in drydock or a yard for the installation. It can often be refitted by the crew or local electronics company.
